'Lockdown lessons' have certainly brought about change as to how we go about our daily management of sectional title and home owners association schemes.
Thanks to great communication from industry regulators in respect of how to apply best practice during this pandemic we are proud to say that it has been business as usual within Steer & Co's sectional title division. Our dedicated team, 90% of which continues to work from home to limit exposure to the virus, have proven fully committed to ensure business continuity, effective communication and have embraced the altered way of conducting business.
One needs to acknowledge and thank all our trustees and directors who serve on various boards for their input and co-operation to ensure Covid-19 related regulations are upheld, which makes implementation for us seamless.
Pleasing to see is that enquiries in respect of our management services has increased significantly with a number of proposals in the market place adding to those which have already been concluded. You may have seen our recent announcement of the sectional title management contract for 169 On Main in Green Point which is nearing completion, having been awarded the contract by the Developer.
